Terms and conditions

2.1

Full package: A deposit of 50% of the total price is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The invoice must then be settled within 14 days. The balance of the price must be paid no later than 42 days or 1.5 months before the start of the camp (07.04.2024).

Workshops only: The price for participation in the „Workshops only“ variant must be paid in one sum to Grow Your Flow within 14 days after receiving the invoice.

2.2 If the registration for a camp is made less than 14 days before the start of the camp, the total amount must be paid directly upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

2.3 If payment is not made in accordance with the agreed payment due dates, although we – Grow Your Flow – are willing and able to provide the contractual services properly, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.

3.1 The contractually owed services are determined by the service description published on the website www.grow-your-flow.com at the time of booking in conjunction with the information in the written confirmation.

3.2 Changes and deviations of essential characteristics of camp services from the agreed content of the contract, which become necessary after conclusion of the contract, are only permitted insofar as the changes and deviations are not significant and do not affect the overall design of the camp.

3.3 Grow Your Flow is obliged to inform you immediately of any significant changes to the camp services and your associated rights.

3.4 In the event of a significant change to an essential feature of a camp service, you are entitled either to accept the change or to withdraw from the contract free of charge within 7 days or to demand participation in a camp of at least equal value, provided that we are able to offer you such a camp at no extra cost. You have the choice to react to this notification or not. If you do not respond to Grow Your Flow or do not respond within the set deadline, the notified change is deemed to have been accepted. We will point this out to you in a clear and comprehensible manner in the declaration of change.

4.1 You can withdraw from the camp at any time before the start of the camp. The withdrawal must be declared to us at the following e-mail address: contact@grow-your-flow.com. 

4.2 In the event of withdrawal or non-commencement of the camp by you, Grow Your Flow loses the right to the camp price. Instead, we can demand reasonable compensation for the camp arrangements made up to the time of withdrawal and the expenses incurred, depending on the respective camp price. The fixed rates are determined taking into account the period between the declaration of withdrawal and the start of the camp. The compensation is based on the time of receipt of your notice of withdrawal and is calculated as follows

1-28 days before the start of the camp: 50% refund (deposit will be kept)

28-42 days: 70% refund (30% will be kept)

42 + days: 100% refund

You can transfer your contract to a third party up until the start of the camp. If you wish to make use of a transfer, please let us know immediately. You will not be charged any additional costs. We are entitled to object to the entry of the third party if they do not meet the special camp requirements or if their participation conflicts with legal regulations or official orders.

If you do not make use of individual services which were duly offered to you and which we were willing and able to provide in accordance with the contract for reasons attributable to you (e.g. due to premature termination of the camp or for other compelling reasons), you are not entitled to a pro rata refund of the camp price. 

The contractual liability of Grow Your Flow for damages that do not result from injury to life, limb or health is limited to three times the camp price, provided that the participant’s damage was not caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

8.1 If you have expressly consented to photo or video recordings being made during the camp (e.g. during the booking process), these may be used as follows:

a) unrestricted consent: photo and video recordings made during the camps may be used for advertising purposes (e.g. the organizer’s website, advertisements with cooperation partners, design of advertising material, etc.) and made available to third parties for advertising purposes related to the camp offer. Your consent can be revoked at any time.

b) Consent exclusively for provision to camp participants: Photo and video recordings made during the camps may only be used for publication in a data cloud, to which only the camp participants of the booked camp have access.

c) No consent: no images of you will be used or stored on the storage medium.

8.2 The images from the cloud, which the participants receive at the end of the camp, are to be used exclusively for private use. Commercial use and redistribution of these images is only possible after consultation. It is permitted to show the images on social media platforms such as Instagram or Facebook. 

The ineffectiveness of individual provisions of the contract and the underlying terms and conditions does not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire contract or the terms and conditions. We expressly reserve the right to make changes to the information in the camp advertisement.
