Conditions
Is there an age limitation? To participate at the camp, you must be older than 18 years. Besides this your age doesn’t matter. You are never too old to start this sport. The important thing is that you are motivated and don’t put yourself under pressure.
Are there any conditions I have to fulfil? The reasons why people take part in such a camp are as varied as the people themselves. While some people focus on sport, others focus on the community and being together in a group. The most important thing is that you want to get involved in something new. It doesn’t matter whether you are looking for your new favourite sport or want to discover a new side to yourself.
Bear in mind that the training sessions can be intense. You are always free to skip a training session. However, a basic level of physical fitness is an advantage so that you don’t miss too many sessions.
Anything else I should know? In addition to the physical exercise, longboard dancing also has a psychological effect: you will get to know yourself better. The sport teaches you to overcome your fears and believe in yourself. You will experience many successes, but you will certainly reach your limits here and there. Dealing with frustration and accepting your own abilities are also part of what you can learn through this sport. The week will therefore not only be a great experience for you physically, but also mentally. Our mission is to give you an awesome and unforgettable week. We will have a wonderful time together and get to know each other better. You will leave the camp with a great repertoire of inspiration and new dancing tricks and steps so that you are ready for your own longboard journey.
